GIFTIQ – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your GIFTIQ purchase. Returns or refunds are accepted only for genuine product-related issues.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The product is defective or not functioning as described.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product is materially different from the product shown or described on our website.
  • The order is delivered late beyond the stated delivery schedule, where applicable and where the delay is not due to circumstances beyond our control.

Return Period

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe there is a problem with the product.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs/videos showing the issue. We may request additional information to assess the claim.

Condition of Returned Products

Where a return is approved, the product should be returned in its original condition and packaging, together with accessories and other items supplied with the order, wherever applicable.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns merely because a customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer wants the product, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Personalized or customized products cannot normally be returned unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as agreed.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return/refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, wherever possible. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product, GIFTIQ will provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping.
